Senior Product Designer
Shape the interfaces that make accounting feel calm and obvious.
About the role
You will own the design of core product areas, from the first sketch to the last detail, working side by side with engineers and product managers. Our design team is small, senior and opinionated about craft.
This is a role for someone who loves making complex information feel simple, and who sweats the details others miss.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design for major areas such as invoicing, reconciliation or reporting
- Explore ideas quickly with prototypes, then refine them until they feel inevitable
- Partner with engineering to ship polished work, not almost-polished work
- Spend time with customers to understand how small businesses really manage money
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
What you bring
- 5 or more years designing digital products, with a portfolio that shows depth
- Strong visual, typographic and interaction design skills
- Experience designing data-heavy or workflow-heavy interfaces
- Clear communication and comfort giving and receiving feedback
- Bonus: experience in finance or small business software
